Use the sections below to evaluate fit, not to predict approval.
No match and lender denial are different outcomes
A marketplace can fail to find a compatible route because of state, product, amount, network or eligibility constraints without any creditor having denied a completed credit application. Conversely, when a creditor rejects an application, consumer-law notice requirements may apply. The interface should never collapse both states into a red ‘declined’ label.
| Status | Who usually controls it | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| Submitted | Payday Hex/provider intake | Check receipt and missing fields |
| Matched | Marketplace/provider | Review role and terms; not approval |
| Under review | Actual creditor/provider | Provide requested evidence; wait for decision |
| Approved / offered | Actual creditor | Review final disclosures before accepting |
| No match | Marketplace/network | Use alternatives; do not infer credit denial |
| Denied | Actual creditor | Read the stated reasons/adverse-action notice |
