- Legal company name, website and contact information.
- Important dates, amounts and what happened.
- Copies of the agreement, disclosures and relevant messages.
- The resolution requested.
- No passwords or bank credentials in ordinary email.
External complaint routes
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau accepts complaints about payday loans and personal loans, including installment and advance products. Suspected fraud can be reported through ReportFraud.ftc.gov. A state financial regulator or attorney general may also be appropriate.
What Payday Hex can and cannot resolve
We can review Payday Hex content, site functionality, privacy handling under our control and the operation of our request pathway. We cannot reverse a provider denial, release funds, change a payment, cancel a provider agreement or remove information held only by another company.
