2. Payday Hex service
Payday Hex provides educational comparisons and may connect consumers with participating providers. Payday Hex is not a lender, creditor, broker acting as your agent or loan servicer. We do not guarantee that a provider will respond or make an offer.
3. No loan agreement with Payday Hex
A loan agreement, if offered, is between you and the provider identified in that agreement. The provider controls underwriting, credit inquiries, approval, amount, APR, fees, repayment, funding and servicing. Review the provider's disclosures before accepting.
4. Information you submit
You agree to provide accurate, current information and to submit information only for yourself or with lawful authorization. Form disclosures may request consent to electronic communications, credit-related checks and sharing with participating providers. Do not submit unless you understand and accept the consent presented.
5. Permitted use
You may use the site for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with security, use automated means to overload or extract the service, impersonate another person, submit fraudulent requests, introduce malicious code or use the site in violation of law.
6. Third-party services
External providers, links and form services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Payday Hex does not control a provider's decision or performance. A link or connection is not a guarantee or endorsement.
7. Content and calculators
Calculators and examples are educational estimates based on the inputs shown. They are not quotes, approvals, financial advice or substitutes for the provider's legally required disclosures. Laws, availability and terms can change.
8. Intellectual property
The Payday Hex name, design, original text, graphics and software are owned by Payday Hex, LLC or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the site under these Terms.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, provider participation, accuracy of third-party information or a particular financial outcome. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Payday Hex, LLC and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from site use or a third-party provider relationship. Any exclusion applies only to the extent enforceable in your jurisdiction.
11. Changes, severability and contact
