Where information is collected
Reading pages and using local comparison calculators does not itself submit a loan request. Sensitive request information is entered only on the separate request page, where the third-party form operator's notices and consent apply.
What Payday Hex asks users to protect
- Do not email Social Security numbers, bank logins, card PINs, full account numbers or identity-document images.
- Confirm the address begins with https://paydayhex.com/ before using a site link.
- Read the collection notice before entering sensitive information in a third-party form.
- Save the legal name and contact details of any provider that responds.
- Use a unique password for any provider account and enable multifactor authentication when offered.
Third-party boundary
The request form and any provider destination may be operated by other companies with their own security and privacy practices. Payday Hex cannot access or change a provider account merely because a user reached it through this site.
Incident and vulnerability reports
Send suspected Payday Hex security issues to [email protected]. Include the affected URL, date, browser and a non-sensitive description. Do not exploit a suspected issue, access another person's data or attach live credentials.
If sensitive information may be exposed
Change affected credentials, contact the relevant bank or provider, monitor accounts and credit reports, and use official identity-theft or fraud-reporting resources where appropriate. A website support message is not a substitute for contacting the company that controls the affected account.
Reasonable safeguards reduce risk but no internet transmission, device or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
