5. How information may be disclosed
Information may be disclosed to participating providers, form and technology operators, hosting and security vendors, analytics or communications providers, professional advisers, successor entities in a business transaction, and government or legal recipients when required or permitted by law.
6. Advertising, sale and sharing
Loan-request marketplaces may receive compensation for transferring a request or enabling a provider connection. Depending on the law that applies, some transfers or targeted-advertising activities may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information even when no money is paid directly for a specific record. See Your Privacy Choices to submit an applicable opt-out request.
7. Cookies and browser controls
Cookies or similar technologies may support essential operation, security, preferences and measurement. Browser settings can block or remove cookies, but some features may not work as expected. We do not respond to ordinary “Do Not Track” signals where no legal response is required.

Depending on your state, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information; to opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising or profiling; to limit certain sensitive-data uses; and to appeal a denied request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information required to document the request.
10. Children
