Available requests
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of personal information, or opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising or profiling. You may also have a right to appeal a denied request.
Submit a request
Email [email protected] with the subject “Privacy Rights Request.” State your name, state of residence, reply email and the right you want to exercise. Do not email your Social Security number, bank credentials or full account number.
Verification
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and locate responsive records. If identity cannot be verified, the request may be limited or denied as permitted by law.
Authorized agents
An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted. We may require proof of authority and direct identity verification with the consumer.
Requests involving a provider
Payday Hex cannot fulfill a request for information controlled only by a lender, provider or form operator. We will identify that limitation when known, and you may need to contact the relevant company directly.
Appeals
If an applicable state law gives you an appeal right, reply to the decision or email the same address with the subject “Privacy Appeal” and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.
