What this policy covers
This policy applies to Payday Hex educational pages, comparison tables, calculators, state guides and explanatory content. It does not replace the disclosures or agreement supplied by a provider.
Source hierarchy
- Statutes, regulator pages and other official government materials for legal or regulatory claims.
- Provider agreements and disclosures for provider-specific prices, terms and eligibility.
- Established consumer-credit sources for definitions and calculation methods.
- Secondary sources only when the underlying fact cannot reasonably be obtained from a primary source and the limitation is stated.
How examples are handled
Illustrative calculations identify the amount, fee or APR, term and calculation assumptions. Examples are not presented as provider quotes. Calculator output changes with user inputs and does not predict approval.
State information
State rules can change. A state guide should identify what was checked, distinguish statutory limits from a site-interface range, and link to the appropriate regulator or verification path. Publication on Payday Hex does not certify a provider's authority.
Commercial separation
Payday Hex may earn compensation from connections or qualifying actions. Compensation may affect which commercial routes are available, but it does not change arithmetic, cited rules or the requirement to identify a provider-controlled term. See How we make money.
Corrections and material updates
Report a factual issue to [email protected] with the page URL, disputed statement and supporting source. Material errors should be corrected in the page, not hidden by changing only an update date.
Guaranteed approval, fake urgency, fabricated reviews, unsupported “no credit check” claims, lender-like language for Payday Hex and state pages that only swap a location name.
