Scope of consent
If you affirmatively consent in a request flow, you agree that Payday Hex, the form operator and participating providers identified through that flow may provide records, notices, disclosures and agreements electronically to the extent stated with the consent.
Hardware and software
You need a device with internet access, a current browser that supports encryption, an active email address, and software capable of viewing HTML and PDF records. You should be able to download or print documents for your records.
Paper copies
You may print or save electronic records. A provider may explain how to request paper copies and whether a lawful copying or delivery charge applies. Provider-specific instructions control provider records.
Updating contact information
Keep your email address and contact information current with the provider handling your request or agreement. Payday Hex cannot update a provider's account or servicing records.
Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent for future electronic communications using the method stated when consent is obtained or by contacting the relevant provider. Withdrawal does not invalidate electronic records or signatures already provided and may prevent completion of an online transaction.
Provider consent
A participating provider may present a separate E-Sign consent with additional terms. Read that notice before agreeing. If the request form's consent differs from this general notice, the consent shown at the point of collection controls that interaction.
